Oillipheist is what remains of the cursed King Ulster, a gigantic cursed dragon. Oillipheist was hunted by humans and monsters alike. Its scent may draw extra monsters to you during Horde Mode dungeons. A Valhallan that wears this item may allow their follower to occasionally cast a spell or skill from their equipped options. A Summoner that wears this item may occasionally summon two entities rather than one.
